The City of Knoxville is requesting proposals from qualified and responsible management vendors to contract for the management of all ice rink management services during the Holiday’s on Ice season on Market Square in downtown Knoxville, TN. The selected applicant will be responsible for determining lead-time for preparing operations, employing and managing staff, managing event ticketing, operating concessions and merchandise sales, and managing skate rental and maintenance. The City will provide equipment and facilities. The contract term is for five years.
