Aiken County Government is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify a licensed engineer to provide a full range of engineering services to support the implementation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Assessment and Master Plan. The project will address the current and future organizational, operational, financial, and technical needs of the HCWWTP, funded by an RIA Grant. The scope of work includes providing engineering services for the assessment and master plan of the wastewater treatment plant. Key responsibilities may include: • Conducting a thorough assessment of the current wastewater treatment plant • Developing a master plan for the future needs of the plant • Providing engineering services for the implementation of the master plan • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements • Collaborating with county staff and other stakeholders to ensure a successful project outcome. The ideal candidate will have experience in wastewater treatment plant design, construction, and operation, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
