The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for refuse and trash collection, removal, and disposal services for Lake Colorado City State Park. The initial contract term is from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2027, with an option to renew for up to three additional one-year periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to meet the requirements of the specified services throughout the term of the contract. The contractor must have been engaged in the business of providing the specified services for a minimum of three years and must meet other minimum qualifications. • The contractor will provide refuse and trash collection services for the park, including delivery, emptying containers, and haul-off of trash. • The contractor will provide service in accordance with all federal, state, and local applicable laws, standards, regulations, and ordinances. • The contractor will designate a Contract Manager who will be the primary party responsible for the day-to-day operation of the service. • The contractor will provide a detailed Price List of additional services they provide, including but not limited to refuse and trash collection services for other container sizes and recycling services.
