The scope of work includes providing technical administrative support, performing problem determination and resolution, responding to help desk tickets, monitoring performance, and planning, coordinating, upgrading, and installing components of the hyperconverged infrastructure. The company should have at least 10 years of experience providing IT modernization expertise to U.S.-based commercial or government entities with at least 2,000 end users. Some key responsibilities and tasks include: • Providing technical direction and hands-on support to current mainframe application modernization projects • Providing technical direction and support for mainframe infrastructure upgrade projects • Providing desktop engineering support to key projects and product implementations • Providing audiovisual support to implement new technologies, support agency conference centers, and individual users • Providing support to online workflow-based forms in products such as MSFORMS or ServiceNow • Providing technical direction and hands-on support to ServiceNow • Developing long-term performance planning and capacity roadmap and future planning for hardware/software lifecycle management • Participating in monthly status meetings and providing a monthly status report • Provisioning storage based on standardized procedures according to storage vendor best practices • Developing a Transition-Out Plan
