Description:
The City of Portland is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide organizational development services to support the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) Climate Investment Plan Strategic Program 10: Community-Based Organization (CBO) Capacity Building Program. The goal of this project is to enhance the organizational capacity and operational effectiveness of nonprofit CBOs engaged in climate-related work within Portland’s frontline communities. The services required include financial management, leadership development, strategic planning, human resources, technology and data management, and project planning, reporting, and storytelling.
