Palm Beach County's Office of Financial Management and Budget is seeking a consultant to prepare an Indirect Cost Allocation Plan and Indirect Cost Rate Proposal for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2025-2027, and possibly fiscal years 2028 and 2029. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing a plan that is compliant with Title 2 Part 200 Appendix V and VII of the Code of Federal Regulations. The scope of work includes preparing the plan, providing drafts, and finalizing the proposal. The consultant will also be required to provide additional services as outlined in the contract. • The consultant must have experience in developing indirect cost allocation plans and indirect cost rate proposals. • The consultant must be able to provide a detailed scope of work and project approach. • The consultant must be able to provide key personnel and operations information. • The consultant must be able to provide a price submittal and business location information. • The consultant must be able to provide commercial non-discrimination certification and financial stability information.
