Description:
The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Florida (USPFO-FL) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for a Full Food Service (FFS) operation at the Regional Training Institute (RTI). The contractor shall provide quality services in support of the schoolhouse food service program, including flexible, efficient, and cost-effective services through management innovations and use of industry best practices. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), to perform Full Food Service (FFS) Operations for approximately 2,000 students annually. The key requirements of this opportunity include: • Providing full food service operations for approximately 2,000 students annually • Meeting the food service requirements for the Regional Training Site • Providing remote site feeding requirements at designated training areas • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations • Providing all supervision, labor, personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies, except Government Furnished Property (GFP)
