The City of Jackson is seeking a contractor to demolish a residential building and accessory structures at 521 Wildwood Ave. The contractor will be responsible for asbestos abatement, demolition, and site restoration. The contractor must provide a project schedule, obtain necessary permits, and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and orderly manner.
