A transponder is a device that sends a signal in response to another signal and can be used to increase the efficiency of toll payments by allowing drivers to pass through checkpoints without needing to fumble for cash. The contractor shall provide toll road transponder equipment and replacements for over 100 GSA Leased vehicles that will cover Maryland, Virginia, and other nearby states, as well as transponder equipment, replacements, and full customer support for toll management services.
