Budget Estimate (AI):

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

The budget for this project is difficult to estimate without more information on the scope and complexity of the work. However, based on the description, it appears to be a significant upgrade project that will require specialized labor and equipment. A rough estimate for a project of this nature could be in the range of $5 million to $15 million, considering the cost of new chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and other equipment, as well as labor costs for installation and commissioning. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the project, the need for custom or specialized equipment, and the requirements for phasing and commissioning.
