The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for hotel management services for Rotary House International. The selected contractor will be responsible for guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and marketing. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that offers the "Best Value" to MD Anderson. • The hotel has a special guest population, including medical patients and infirmed individuals. • The contractor must have experience in managing similar properties with special guest populations. • The contractor must provide a detailed staffing plan, including the number, qualifications, and duties of all personnel. • The contractor must provide a detailed marketing plan, including strategies for marketing to weekend guests and retail operations. • The contractor must provide evidence of expertise in accommodating special or modified menus for guests. • The contractor must provide a detailed approach to infrastructure maintenance and FF+E upkeep.
