Description:
The City of Santa Clara is seeking a Generating Availability Data System (GADS) reporting software to replace GADS Open Source. The software should be cloud-based, have a minimum of 99% uptime, and allow end-users to report SVP's GADS data per NERC and WECC standards. The software should also have features such as data migration, system customization, configuration, training, and ongoing maintenance. The City is looking for a Proposer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing GADS reporting software tools for electric utilities. • The Proposer should have experience in implementing and maintaining GADS reporting software for electric utilities. • The Proposer should have a good understanding of NERC Event reporting rules and be able to provide software that complies with these rules. • The Proposer should have experience in providing cloud-based software solutions with high uptime. • The Proposer should have a good understanding of the City's requirements and be able to provide a well-articulated work plan and timeline for implementation. • The Proposer should have a good reputation and be able to provide references from previous clients.
