The City of Englewood is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, traffic control, and equipment necessary to construct the Emerson Park Enhancements. The project includes demolition and removal of sidewalk concrete, tree protection and erosion control, site preparation and minor grading, concrete flatwork, and irrigation restoration. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all required permits and complying with all local, state, and federal regulations. • The project is expected to be completed by Spring 2026. • The contractor will be required to provide a 5% bid bond and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract value. • The contractor will be responsible for submitting final as-built drawings to the City upon project completion. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technical defects in proposals. • The contractor will be required to maintain a drug-free workplace and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA requirements.
