The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is seeking a certified HVAC Contractor to establish and maintain a continuous, comprehensive preventive maintenance program as well as repair service program for a period of three (3) years. The contractor will provide service based on two distinct models: Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Repair/Replacement (R/R). The PM program will include a set monthly fee that covers all labor, tools, consumables, and routine parts necessary to perform OEM-compliant PM. The R/R model will include corrective repairs and replacements to covered HVAC equipment. The contractor will be required to provide a fixed labor rate for each type of service and a percentage parts markup. • Key aspects of the job include: • Providing preventive maintenance services for HVAC equipment • Performing repair and replacement services for HVAC equipment • Providing a fixed labor rate for each type of service • Providing a percentage parts markup • Ensuring compliance with OEM requirements and industry standards • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of services performed • Providing priority service to SORTA and performing all emergency and ordinary services as a condition of the contract.
