The Pitkin County Regional Emergency Dispatch Center (PCREDC) and the Gunnison/Hinsdale Combined Emergency Telephone Service Authority (GHCETSA) are seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive public safety software solution. The solution should include a Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, Law Enforcement Records Management System (LERMS), Fire Records Management System (FRMS), Jail Management Software (JMS), and Mobile Data Software (MDS). The vendor should have experience in providing similar solutions to public safety agencies and should be able to provide a cloud-native solution. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew.
