Description:
The U.S. Army Materiel Command is seeking a contractor to provide fire suppression and fire extinguisher maintenance services. The contractor will be responsible for performing semi-annual preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for fire suppression systems, annual preventive maintenance for fire extinguishers, and other related tasks. The contract will be for a period of 24 months. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must submit a technically acceptable proposal with the lowest overall price. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to perform the required services. • The contractor must have experience in fire suppression and fire extinguisher maintenance. • The contractor must be able to perform the services in accordance with the contract schedule and specifications. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards. • The contractor must provide a quality control plan and a technical narrative as part of the proposal.
