The Charter Township of Brighton is seeking proposals for pest control services for the Brighton Township Hall. The services will include managing carpenter ants and providing and placing traps to catch bugs/pests at entry points into the building and other appropriate areas. The initial contract period will begin on May 1, 2025, and end on October 31, 2025, with the possibility of continuing services on a month-to-month basis with a 60-day termination notice. The selected contractor must have all required federal, state, local, and other certifications and licenses to administer pest control services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, materials, trained personnel, and PPE. Key requirements include: • Providing a monthly service from May to October • Submitting invoices in accordance with Township policies • Possessing and maintaining required insurance coverage, including Workers' Compensation Insurance and Commercial General Liability Insurance • Providing proof of required insurance • Complying with all applicable statutes of the State of Michigan
