The County of Alameda is seeking a property management software solution to support the management of its extensive real property portfolio. The solution must provide comprehensive tools for real estate asset tracking, lease management, project management, workflow coordination, reporting, and document storage. The selected contractor will be required to provide a cloud-based platform, onboarding, training, configuration support, and ongoing customer support during the entire contract period. • The solution must be able to manage over 8 million square feet of real estate, including approximately 1 million square feet of leased space. • The solution must generate approximately $1M annually in license fees. • The solution must provide role-based access and permissions, audit trails, and integration capabilities with common County systems. • The solution must be accessible via secure web browser from anywhere, including a mobile application, without additional hardware. • The contractor must provide a fully functional system configured to County specifications within 120 calendar days of contract award. • The contractor must provide a training plan and training for up to 20 County users virtually, thereafter with onboarding of new staff, as hired.
