The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is seeking a contractor to replace laundry compressors at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System in North Little Rock, AR. The contractor shall provide two compressors (Quincy Model QSI-50 and Quincy Model QGV-50 or equal brand names), two regenerative desiccant compressed air dryers, and associated accessories. The contractor shall also provide startup and commissioning services, including training to VA staff on system operation and monitoring tools. The contract period is one year, with a base period of performance from 03-06-2026 to 03-05-2027. • The compressors shall operate in a lead-lag configuration and shall be capable of networked communication and remote monitoring. • The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, hardware, and support necessary to ensure the compressors function at full capacity. • The contractor shall provide a warranty for the equipment, with a minimum of 10 years for the air end, 5 years for the drive motor, and 5 years for the air/fluid receiver. • The contractor shall provide certification of compliance with limitations on subcontracting. • The contractor shall provide past performance information, but this will not be evaluated as part of the quotation.
