The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities, Division of Sewerage and Drainage is seeking a Universal Term Contract for the provision of Moyno Pumps and Pump Parts. The contract will be in effect through July 31, 2028. Bidders are required to provide an outline of their experience and work history in providing pump parts and warranty service for the past five years, as well as references from four separate equipment sales. The estimated annual value of the contract is $150,000. • The contract requires the provision of Moyno Pumps and Pump Parts, including but not limited to bearing kits, gear joint seal kits, connecting rods, stators, rotors, packing sets, and gear joint kits. • Bidders must provide a price list or catalog with discounts and prices for all items. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price and best value to the City. • The successful bidder will be required to provide an E-Catalog system for the City to identify and create purchase orders for any product included in the proposal. • The contract has an estimated annual value of $150,000.
