The Mission Installation Contracting Command - Fort Leavenworth is seeking a general contractor to upgrade the fire alarm system in Building 392 and 339 to bring it up to current code and installation of new fire alarm and mass notification systems. The contractor shall provide all supervision, management, personnel, labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and any other items necessary to complete various construction projects. This work may include but is not limited to the following: repair or replacement of mechanical, electrical or fire protection and detection systems; repairs related to building renovation or demolition; interior remodeling work including carpentry, painting, floor and wall covering; renovation of historic structures; repair or replacement of infrastructure systems; correction of drainage problems; repair or upgrade of structural problems, including seismic upgrades; repair or replacement of siding, windows, doors. Zaragoza. • The anticipated contract will be Firm Fixed Price. • The contractor shall provide systems complete and ready for operation, and design and installation must comply with NFPA 72, NFPA 70, NFPA 101, IBC, and UFGS 25 05 11, UFC 4- 010-06 UFC 3-600-01, UFC 4-021-01, UFC 4-010-01, and all applicable codes and standards.
