The Library of Congress is seeking an experienced media design firm to create media experiences for the Library's next showcase theme within the Treasures Gallery, Founding Phrases, which explores the legacy of the Declaration of Independence. The contractor will be responsible for developing and producing media for the Treasures Gallery, including a linear media piece with supporting ambient soundscape, and providing comprehensive exhibition audio visual (AV) design services. The contractor will work closely with the in-house Library exhibition team and curatorial experts to further develop and produce AV presentations. • The contractor shall create one linear media piece with supporting ambient soundscape, minimum of 6 minutes, maximum of 10 minutes, that highlights the latest theme of the Treasures Gallery, Founding Phrases. • The media piece shall be displayed on a ten channel 4K video system consisting of five non-contiguous projection surfaces on the west wall of the gallery and five surfaces on the east wall of the gallery. • The contractor shall provide iterative design development presentations and deliverables for all services, pre-production, production, and post-production for AV presentations. • The contractor shall obtain rights and clearances and associated documentation of all digital assets used in the AV presentations as necessary.
