Macomb Community College is seeking a qualified Identity and Access Management (IAM) Auditor to conduct a comprehensive assessment of its IAM environment. The auditor will initiate a discovery and evaluation of the College's current IAM environment, including human and non-human/machine accounts, across on-premises and cloud-based systems. The assessment should include a review of all identity databases, directories, and federations, as well as an access attestation and mapping of all found accounts and their roles, groups, and access to the College's systems. The auditor will also identify key security, operational, and compliance gaps within the College's current IAM environment and provide recommendations for improvement. The selected auditor will be expected to maintain knowledge transfers with the College through regular communication and provisions of documentation of all assessment findings and analysis. • The College has already configured Microsoft Entra ID to support its management of Microsoft-specific applications. • The assessment should benchmark findings against IAM-related controls in the CIS security framework. • The College requires the selected IAM Auditor to provide comprehensive documentation of their findings, analysis, and recommendations throughout the engagement. • The College intends to issue a second RFP for implementation of recommendations. • The winning bidder for this IAM auditor RFP is welcome to bid on the implementation phase without restriction.
