Clemson University is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver, operate, and support an enterprise veterinary imaging and workflow platform (PACS/VNA, DICOM MWL) that is order-driven and natively integrated with Instinct Vet and other institutional systems. The solution must improve imaging data accuracy and accessibility, streamline clinical workflows, comply with applicable standards, and scale to support ambulatory and on-campus use now and in the future. Key features include: • Order-driven clinical imaging workflow • Support for DICOM Modality Worklist (MWL) workflows • Zero-footprint diagnostic viewer • Reporting and documentation capabilities • Ambulatory/field capture support • Interoperability with third-party imaging equipment • EMR integration with Instinct Vet • Scalability and performance to support growth in imaging volume The contract will be for a series of five, one-year contracts, with an expected start date of Fall 2026. The vendor will provide implementation, training, and support services, including a high-level project plan and post-implementation support.
