Description:
The City of Pomona is seeking bids for the substantial rehabilitation of a 12-unit apartment building located at 252 E 4th Street, Pomona, CA. The project involves upgrades or replacement to create fully functional, habitable units of electrical, plumbing, lighting, bathroom, kitchens, heating and air, interior finishes, and exterior improvements.
