The City of Farmington is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive NFPA 1580-compliant occupational medical and physical evaluations for all fire department personnel. The selected vendor will provide annual firefighter physical examinations, early detection screenings, and wellness services to ensure the safety, readiness, and long-term health of fire personnel. The vendor must meet the requirements outlined in the RFP, including compliance with NFPA 1580, NM OSHA standards, and other applicable regulations. The vendor must also provide qualified staff, ensure confidentiality, and provide secure handling of all medical information. • Key services include medical evaluations, behavioral health and wellness screening, fitness evaluations, and immunizations and infectious disease screening. • The vendor must provide a confidential written medical report for each firefighter, as well as fit-for-duty clearance status and annual aggregate health reports. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for renewal for up to nine additional consecutive one-year periods.
