The contract will be for a period of 1 year, with the option to renew for up to 2 years. The vendor will be required to provide a range of services, including repair, installation, and maintenance of locks and locking hardware, as well as respond to emergency service calls within 2 hours. The vendor must have at least 5 years of experience and provide references from similar clients. * Key services include: * Repair, installation, and maintenance of locks and locking hardware * Response to emergency service calls within 2 hours * Provision of locks and locking hardware for interior and exterior doors * Duplication of keys and provision of key blanks * Repair and replacement of door closures, emergency and panic hardware, frames, and related door hardware * Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
