The Rockdale County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals for Functional Family Therapy (FFT) services to be provided to court-involved youth and their families. The goal of the program is to reduce the number of youths served in out-of-home placements and to provide evidence-based services within the community. The successful proposer will be required to provide FFT services in the homes of the juvenile and their family, unless virtual services are necessary, and to ensure fidelity of FFT services provided. The proposer must have at least two years of experience working with pre/post-adjudicated youth and must have implemented evidence-based curriculums, services, and/or programs within the past two years. • The program will serve between five and fifteen youth on a daily basis. • The proposer must provide reports showing results on requested performance indicators. • The proposer must have experience working with a variety of community-based organizations. • The proposer must provide a list of evidenced-based services, curriculums, and programs with a brief description. • The proposer must provide a list of services implemented and location. • The proposer must provide a list of community-based organizations worked with.
