The Terrebonne Parish District Attorney’s Office is seeking bids for the demolition of Kirschman's Building, located at 118 Armour Drive, Houma, LA 70364. The project involves the demolition of the building and completion of the work within 120 calendar days from the written Notice to Proceed. The contractor must be licensed under La. R.S. 37:2150-2164 for the classification of BUILDING CONSTRUCTION and/or RIGGING, HOUSE MOVING, WRECKING and DISMANTLING. • The bid security must be a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to not less than 5% of the bid amount. • The lowest qualified bid will be determined to offer the best advantage to the Terrebonne Parish District Attorney’s Office. • Proposal prices must exclude any and all taxes whatsoever. • The contractor must comply with all instructions to bidders and the terms of the contract. • A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at The Merlin Group, Ltd., 1100 Barataria Avenue, Houma, Louisiana 70360.
