The contracts of this project are subject to WICKS Law. DASNY anticipates three (3) prime contracts: GC, HVAC and Electrical. The scope of work for each contract includes, but is not limited to: · General Construction site improvements, hazardous materials abatement, selective demolition, masonry, exterior windows and doors, interior partitions, painting, flooring, acoustical ceilings; and · HVAC demolition, installation/modifications of ductwork, piping, equipment and controls; and · Electrical demolition, installation of/modifications to lighting, controls, power equipment and outlets.
