The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (NAVSUP FLC Norfolk) is seeking a contractor to operate a full-service walk-in retail store, known as the Norfolk Super Servmart, at Naval Station Norfolk. The store will provide a variety of supplies and equipment, including office supplies, janitorial and sanitation supplies, industrial hardware, safety equipment, and tactical gear, to U.S. Naval activities and other authorized customers in the Virginia Hampton Roads area. The contractor will be responsible for managing the store, including inventory, logistics, and customer service, and will be required to maintain a minimum stock of 4,000 items and a 97% availability rate for all catalog items. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with options for renewal. • The contractor will be required to operate a mobile store to service U.S. Government activities in the Virginia Hampton Roads area. • The contractor will be required to provide a free delivery service to customers in the Virginia Hampton Roads area. • The contractor will be required to maintain a file of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all items sold that require an MSDS. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and safety issues. • The contractor will be required to provide pricing information and to establish product pricing reflecting the maximum discount practicable. • The contractor will be required to provide a CD of the walk-in store catalog to customers upon request and each time the catalog is updated.
