The Town of Snowmass Village is seeking a proposal for the rebuild of the Snowmass Tourism website, including design, development, migration, and launch. The selected vendor will also provide ongoing web-development and maintenance, paid search management, and SEO strategy and execution. The goal is to modernize the digital presence, improve user experience, increase accessibility, and grow organic search performance. The scope of work includes a full website rebuild, ongoing web development and maintenance, paid search management, and SEO services. • The website rebuild will include an audit of the current website, sitemap and information architecture recommendation, UX/UI design, development of CMS, migration of existing content, and implementation of technical SEO best practices. • Ongoing web development and maintenance will include monthly web performance reporting, maintenance of core CMS and plugin components, implementation and management of security protocols, and technical support for the in-house team. • Paid search management will include an audit of current paid search accounts, keyword research, ad group structuring, campaign set-up and ongoing optimization, and monthly performance reporting. • SEO services will include a technical SEO audit, keyword research, overarching content strategy and development support, and monitoring and reporting of SEO performance.
