The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing highly specialized technical and engineering support services in support of the Program Manager for Counterproliferation (PMCP) under Special Operation Forces Acquisition Technology & Logistics (SOF AT&L).
