The Town of Flower Mound is seeking a qualified firm to provide design services for the expansion and renovation of the Community Activity Center. The project aims to create a modernized, accessible, and highly functional facility that meets the growing and evolving needs of the Flower Mound community. The scope of services includes all phases of the design process, from initial planning and concept development to construction administration and post-construction support. The design will focus on maximizing flexibility, improving accessibility, incorporating energy-efficient and sustainable features, and enhancing both indoor and outdoor community spaces.
