• Annual contract with four 1-year renewal options to provide precision laser grading services for Gwinnett County Parks & Recreation sports fields and turf surfaces • Key requirements: - Must grade to +/- 1/4" accuracy while preserving root systems - Typical athletic field must be completed within 3 days (three 8-hour days) - Must remove surface irregularities/weeds while enabling turf recovery within 6 weeks - Equipment must conform to adjacent surfaces (sidewalks, curbs, etc.) - Removed materials must yield viable grass sprigs for reuse - Must have sufficient crews and equipment to handle contract scope - Must respond within 24 hours to County communications - Staff must wear company identification and vehicles must display company name - Annual quantity estimated at 625,000 sq ft • Contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, safety gear • Insurance requirements include commercial general liability, auto, workers comp, and umbrella coverage • Company must be available Mon-Fri 7am-5pm • References and demonstration of laser grading capability required
