The Oregon Department of Forestry intends to enter into a sole source contract with Spinning your web for fire reporting services and data software. The software must meet specific technical requirements, including compatibility with the current statewide fire detection system, infrastructure, and equipment. The contract will be for a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution with unique technology. The vendor must provide training and ongoing service and support. • The software must be available on mobile devices. • It must provide a single statewide fire reporting system with interagency and agency/FPAs dispatch centers. • It must be compatible with external data platforms, including ArcGIS, Intterra, IRWIN, IROC, WildCAD, InForm, and other Federal Platforms. • It must have advanced Computer-aided dispatch (CAD) features, including live fire incident data capture, dispatch logs, incident complexing, incident conflict resolution, resource ordering and tracking, reporting integrity checks, and cost and finance data. • It must include required training, such as annual in-person training for staff, knowledge base articles, user guides or desk manuals, and targeted topic video training sessions. • It must have ongoing service and support requirements, including 24/7/365 Help Desk Support with ticket tracking and future custom development and feature enhancement capability.
