The City of Richland is seeking bids for the Columbia Point Marina Shoreline Retaining Wall Repair project. The project includes the demolition of an existing, failed basalt column shoreline retaining wall and replacement with a new, mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) precast concrete modular block wall with geogrid reinforcement. The work also includes appurtenant traffic control, wall drains, backfill, handrailing, asphalt and concrete pavement surface restoration, and other incidental work.
