The Ohio Department of Public Safety / Facility Management is soliciting quotes for new flooring for the Alum Creek Facility's Front Corridor. The project includes removing existing carpet, VCT tile, and wall base, disposing of old flooring, preparing the concrete floor for new flooring, installing new LVT flooring, and installing new vinyl wall base. The work must be done after normal business hours and a walk-through with ACF Facilities is required. • The quote must include all demo, disposal, installation, adhesives, and rubber wall base prices. • The quote must reference the associated STS price list. • A PDF quote must be included. • The State will not be responsible for any costs not otherwise specified. • The period of performance for any resulting purchase order will be from the date of issuance through June 30th, 2026.
