The City of Providence is seeking proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of the surplus property known as the 'Messer Street School' located at 158 Messer Street, Providence, RI. The property includes 7 lots totaling 48,482 SF in the West End neighborhood of Providence. The City intends to sell the property "AS-IS" and will consider proposals for adaptive reuse, mixed-use development, housing, or other concepts consistent with applicable zoning and land use regulations. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to negotiate the terms of the purchase and sales agreement with the successful bidder.
