Northland Associates, Inc., will be submitting a bid on Friday, January 16th, 2026 at 1:30pm for the SUNY ESF Bray Hall 4th Floor Renovation as part of the Illick Enabling Projects at the Syracuse Campus.This project involves the Renovation of Rooms 401, 402, 415 suite, 416A, and 416B at Bray Hall. This work includes removal of existing partition walls, installation of new partition walls, flooring installation including alterations to existing ACT ceiling, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and data work as well. This project has a 180 Calendar Day Schedule. We are actively soliticing quotes from NYS MBE/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors and suppliers for the following scopes of work: Selective Demolition, Asbestos Abatement, Cementitious Underlayment, Miscellaneous Metals, Firestopping, Joint Sealants, Hollow Metal Doors, Wood Doors, Glazing, Drywall, Resilient Flooring, Tile Carpet, Painting, Signage, Manufactured Casework, Simulated Stone Countertops, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical.
