The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) services at the Boise VA Medical Center. The contractor will provide room and board, meals, laundry facilities, hygiene products, and supportive services to homeless veterans. The contractor must also provide transportation to scheduled meetings and appointments at the VA facility. The contract is for a period of 5 years, with a minimum contract value of $5,000 and a maximum contract value of $7,500,000. The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions, provisions, and requirements listed in the solicitation. Some key services that the contractor must provide include: * Room and board for 10 veterans, including a bed and other furnishings * Meals, including at least 2 nutritionally adequate meals per day, 7 days a week * Laundry facilities for residents to do their own laundry * Hygiene products, including washcloths, soap, toothpaste, and toothbrushes * Supportive services, including structured group activities, instruction in health and personal hygiene, and locked drawers for storage of medication.
