Description:
Eastern Kentucky University is seeking a qualified partner to establish a price contract for Microsoft Licensing for several Kentucky Universities. The contract will have an initial term from August 1, 2025, through July 31, 2026, with the option to renew annually for up to four consecutive one-year periods. The successful bidder will be required to communicate with and provide separate billing to each KEPC member. Bidders should bid on all Microsoft products available for purchase under the Enrollment for Education Solutions program, including work-at-home media for faculty and staff personal purchases. • The contract will be for several Kentucky Universities, including Eastern Kentucky University, Kentucky State University, Morehead State University, Murray State University, Northern Kentucky University, and Western Kentucky University. • The University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple contracts. • No contract will be exclusive. • The University's standard payment terms are Net 30. • Bidders should include documentation of their experience with Microsoft Consortium Agreements.
