The Advanced Water Purification Facility project is a large-scale water treatment project that aims to directly purify treated wastewater and redistribute it as potable reuse drinking water. The facility will use advanced treatment technologies and include designated areas for administration, research, and education. The project is federally funded and subject to Federal Labor Standards Provisions. • The project includes bid packages for Concrete, Earthwork, and Yard Pipe. • The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements. • The project is expected to encourage maximum participation from DBE, SLBE, MBE, and WBE firms. • The project requires compliance with all federal funding requirements, including Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Wage rates and Federal Wage Requirements. • A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2025. • Questions and clarifications must be submitted in writing via the RFI Submission Form. • The project celebrates diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
