The City of Corona Community Services Department is seeking qualified proposals for citywide pest control services. The contractor will be responsible for conducting monthly services, inspecting and treating the exterior of worksites, and providing labor and materials as needed. The contractor must comply with prevailing wage laws, register with the Department of Industrial Relations, and provide a Certificate of Reported Compliance. The proposal must include all required documents and be submitted electronically through the PlanetBids system. • The contractor must have a State Operator License and State Applicator’s or Branch II Field Representative licenses. • The contractor must provide a minimum number of monthly services specified for each worksite. • The contractor must inspect and treat the exterior of the worksite as determined by the designated City personnel. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage laws and environmental regulations. • The contractor must register with the Department of Industrial Relations and provide a Certificate of Reported Compliance. • The contractor must submit all required documents electronically through the PlanetBids system.
