The State of Hawaii, Judiciary, Fifth Circuit is seeking bids for the repair of a parking lot, including crack repair, top seal, and striping. The work will be performed at the Fifth Judicial Circuit. The scope of work includes removing and replacing the front and rear parking lot asphalt surface, removing tree root intrusion, repairing and compacting the substrate as required, replacing tire bumpers, replacing ADA parking sign/pole, and restriping as per specifications. • The work will be performed on the island of Kauai. • The solicitation documents, including the Solicitation, Offer and Contract Forms, drawings, and specifications, may be obtained through the State of Hawaii electronic procurement website, HIePRO. • Bids will be received through HIePRO, and only responses submitted through HIePRO will be considered for award. • The awarded vendor shall pay a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award, not to exceed $5,000.
