The Department of Administration, State Parking Division, is seeking a qualified vendor to perform semi-annual inspections and preventive maintenance on Arthur Smith Industries (ASI) and Rytec high-speed doors throughout the State Government Complex in Raleigh, North Carolina. The vendor will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing replacement parts as needed, and providing a detailed list of recommended repairs and replacement parts after each inspection. The contract term is one year with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. Key aspects of the job include: • Performing normal inspections and preventive maintenance semi-annually • Troubleshooting and repairing doors as needed • Providing a detailed list of recommended repairs and replacement parts after each inspection • Responding to service calls within 2 hours • Providing a two-man crew for repair service calls when requested • Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with industry practices and safety standards
