Description:
The City of Fort Lauderdale is seeking a design-build firm to provide design, permitting, construction, testing, and start-up services for a new federal courthouse parking garage. The project includes the design and construction of a five-story pre-cast parking garage with a minimum of 284 parking spaces, compliance with all applicable building codes and permits, and other aspects of the project as described in the design criteria package. The city is looking for a qualified firm to provide these services, and the project will be awarded through a competitive selection process. • The project is located at 1000 SE 3rd Avenue in the City of Fort Lauderdale. • The proposed construction site has limited staging space and parking facilities. • A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 16, 2025, at 10:00 am via Microsoft Teams. • Suppliers must register in the Infor system to receive electronic notifications of sourcing events and to submit bids/proposals. • The city is no longer using BidSync, and all current and future suppliers must register in Infor.
