The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Gwinnett County Fire Alarm Replacement Project at Various Locations. The project involves providing new fire alarm systems at multiple locations throughout Gwinnett County. The work includes but is not limited to the installation of new fire alarm systems. • The project requires the contractor to complete the work within the allowable calendar days for completion from the date of the Notice to Proceed. • A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 6, 2025, and all bidders are strongly urged to attend. • Questions regarding bids should be submitted to Alexis Mckennery, Purchasing Associate II, via email no later than 3:00 P.M. local time, June 10, 2025. • The contractor will be required to provide a 5% bid bond, a 100% payment bond, and a 100% performance bond, as well as an insurance certificate fulfilling the requirements stated in the bid documents.
