The City of Vancouver is seeking to award a sole source contract to ESO Solutions for the provision of an electronic medical care charting and reporting system. The system will be used by Vancouver Fire and other EMS agencies in Clark County. The contract is being awarded on a sole source basis because ESO is the only provider that meets the specific operational, clinical, and regulatory needs of the agencies.
