The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking a quotation for the procurement of LTSC LS-Dyna Large System Core licenses. The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the lease of 125 licenses. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2027. The contractor must also provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming that they are an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted. • The contractor must provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty with its offer. • The contractor must extend to the Government the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale at no additional cost to the Government. • The contractor must provide a list or description of all Government property that the offeror or its subcontractors propose to use on a rent-free basis. • The contractor must provide the amount of rent that would otherwise be charged in accordance with FAR 52.245-9, Use and Charges. • The contractor must provide a description of the offeror's property management system, plan, and any customary commercial practices, voluntary consensus standards, or industry-leading practices and standards to be used by the offeror in managing Government property.
